2023 - Present
Personify Health
A health platform uniting wellbeing, care navigation, and benefits management in one connected experience. Formed through the merger of Virgin Pulse & HealthComp (2024), Personify empowers over 25 million members across 190 countries to take control of their health through personalized coaching, simplified benefits, and engaging wellbeing programs.

Most digital products are designed to keep people glued to their screens — but what if success meant helping members move more, rest better, and feel healthier instead?
I joined Personify Health in 2023 to help shape a new kind of health experience one that empowers people to build healthier habits and feel better in their daily lives.
Since then, I’ve led the design of over 15 member-facing features and initiatives from 0–1, including the Wellbeing Hub, the MaxGo wearable, health plans and claims, habit tracking, and more.
